(NASDAQ: TEDU) ("Tarena" or the "Company"), a leading provider of professional education services in China, today announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Renmin University, School of Continuing Education ("RUSCE"), to offer joint-major programs in digital art, JAVA, front-end web development and Android.

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, RUSCE will offer their students the option to enroll in joint-major programs with Tarena and include Tarena's selected courses in their standard curriculum. Moreover, students at Tarena can also enroll in joint-major programs offered by RUSCE and can earn up to 24 academic credits toward these programs upon the completion of the Tarena courses without further exam requirements. 24 academic credits represent 30% of the total academic credit requirement for such programs. Tarena students are eligible to receive graduation certificates from RUSCE after finishing the remaining courses of these joint-major programs, and are eligible for bachelor's degree upon the passing of the relevant thesis and examination requirements of RUSCE. Furthermore, Tarena and RUSCE also forged a cooperative relationship in student recruitment.
